At Instinct Spearguns, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including customs processing for international shipments.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
- International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and will not be covered by Instinct Spearguns.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@instinctspearguns.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in locating the shipment or issuing a replacement if necessary.
